THIS DEED, Made and entered into this 1~ day of
November , 1968, between MANNIE LAWRENCE HOLMES, JR.,
as the duly qualified and acting Executor of the Estate of CALLIE
MAE HOLirII?S, deceased, party of the First Part, and JOHN BYRON
HOIMES, MYRTLE ELNORA HEACOCK, EUI~A MAE FINLEY and MANNIE LAWRENCE
HOI~S, JR., whose mailing address is: p• 393, Fort Pierce,
Florida , parties of the Second Part,
W I T N E S S E T H: Whereas, an Order directing distribution
has been entered in the County Judge's Court in St. Lucie County,
Florida, in the Estate of Callie Mae Holmes, Deceased,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and
other valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the Party of the First Part has released, conveyed
and confirmed, and does hereby release, convey and confiYm unto
said JOI~T BYRON HOLMES, MYRTLE EINORA HEACOCK, EUI.A MAE FINLEY and
MANNIE LAWRENCE HOL1~S, JR., that certain real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:

Lots 9, 10, 26 and 27, Block 6, TUCKER TERRACE,
~ as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page
54, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, LESS rights of way for public roads and
sidewalks,
together with all Che appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any-
wise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the said John Byro~n Holmes,
Myrtle Elnora Heacock, Eula Mae Finley and Mannie Lawrence Holmes,
Jr., their successors or assigns, in fee simple, forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the First Part has
