Right-of-Way Deed.
This deed is made for the purpose of qiving and grant-
ing to the party of the second part, her heirs, legal represen-
tatives and assigns,~a right-of-way and easement in and to said
lands for road purposes.
Said party of the first part doea hereby fully warrant
the title to said lands, and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except the party ~f the
second part herein.
IN WITNESS W~REOF, the party of the first part has
caused these presents to be signed by its President and its
corporate seal to be affixed thereunto and by its Assistant
