WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, the receipt of '
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right of way for
the purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing and maintaining
outfall and drainage ditches and drains in, upon and through the
following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

corded in Plat Book 1, Page 21 of the public •
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
As consideration for the granting of this easem~nt
