tained, it is agreed as follaws:
The CITY dces hereby grant, bargain and sell to FLOEtIDA an easement,
together~th ingress and egress thereto,-to construct, operate, maintain, replace
repair or remove its pipeline, gas regulator, and meter station for sales of

A parcel of land in the NB-1/4 of Section 1, Tawnship 36 South, Range l~ y
