BEING the same premises conveyed by Don~ld Rankin and.Mary
Rankin, his wife, to William J. Olshefski, grantor~ herein, by.deed
dated March 26, 1965, and recorded on March 26, 1965, in the official
record book of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
_ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the above-described
premises, together with the appurtenances and every part thereof,
unto the said Grantees, as joint tenants with the right of survivor-
