the pl~intifg, Royal Indemnity Caapatzy, the swa of $55, 000.00,
the sam~e beinq the sum demanded fraa them by plaintiff to meet
plaintiff's reserve, and upon the failure of said c~efendants
to satisfy this judqment by paying to plaintiff the aforesaid
sum of $55,000.00 within ten (10) days from the date hereof,
let execution issue upon the lands, chattels, property, and .
assets of said defendants, and each of-them severally.
4. That the aforesaid swn of $55,000.00, when re-
cefved by plaintiff, shall~be held and used by plaintiff for '
the uses and purposes set forth in the said AGRSEMENT OF •
IND~SMNITY. ~ :
5.~j=That plaintiff, Royal Indemnity Coaapany, do hdve
~ and recov~er of and fraa the defendants, D. H. Foster, Paul J.
Kortsch, and Jack~Y..williams, jointly and severally, a sum
of money for~its ~osts, expenses, interest and attorneys' feea,
the amount thereof to be fixed by agree~nt of the parties ~
filed herein, or by the Court upon hearing after notice, for
which swn let execution issue. ~
6. `That this Court hereby expressly reserves its ~
continuinq jurisdiction of this cause for the purposes of is-
suing further decrees or orders as may be necessary to enforce :
this judgment or orci~er and to grant such alternative or sup-
~ plemental relief.:to the plaintiff, Royal Indemnity Company,
