of the eum of Tsn ($10.00) Dollars and o~her valuable considerationa
to each of the undereiqned paid by the said party o~ the aecond part
at or before the eneealinq and delivsry of theee preaents, the receipt
whereof i~ hereby acknowladged, do hereby covenant and aqree to and
with said party of the aecond part as follawa:
FIRSTs T'he aforesaid two mortgaqes are heraby made coordinate
and equal and are hereby caabined and conaolidated, so that together
they conetitute in law and in equity but one mortqage, a si~cigle valid
first lien upon the pre'siees hereinbefore described, with the same
effect as thouqh they were one mortqaqe= and that the hereinbefore
deacribed premi8ee are aubject to the para~ount 11en of auch consolidated
mortgagee and are to stand as aecurity for the-payment thereof.
SEC,~Ds The aforeeaid principal balances of said two notes,
aqqreqatinq the principal swn of Three Sundred ~ine T'housand, Five
Hundred $iqhty-Nine and 27/100 ($309,589.27) Dollars, with interest
thereon froa` November 1, 1968, at the rate respectively apecified in
said two notes, shall be paid upon the datea and in the nadified and
cambined amounts as follawa:

the sum of Three Thoueand, 8lghty-Bight and 70/100
` ($3,088.70) Dollare and the eame aawunt on the
~ eame day of each month thereafter, and the balance
~ of principal payable on the firat day of May,
1981. The aforesaid monthly payments are to be
applied firet to intereet at the rates epecified
in eaid notee due monthly upon the principal
sum or so auch thereof as shall fraa time to
time reaa?in unpaid, and the balance of each
nonthly pay~aent shall be applied on account of
principal;
