THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 12th day of NOVember i
19 68 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE, '
hereinafter called the Grantors, to Charles A. L. Bickell and Marion D.
Bickell, his wife

hereinaftet called the Grantee: ~
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of

acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

LAKEWOOD PARK, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said G~~tee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple;~~th`at they have good right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; t~~t~th hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against~the.lawful claims of all persons
