recorded on July 27, 1966 in Official Recorde Book 183, c~mmencing
at page 302 of the Public Records af Martin County, Florida, and is
i otherwise subject and subordinate to a second mortgage in the
` original principal amount of $18, 795 given to Big Chief Construction
Co. , Inc. as same was recorded on August 11, 1966 in Official
Records Book 183, commencing at page 307 of the Martin County
Public Records.
PARCEL D: Land Located in St. Lucie County, Florida, and owned by Florida
Maid Citrus Corporation, a Florida oorporation. Note: For recordation purposes,
ttus parcel is given a valuation of ~45, 000 for the purpose of c,omput3ng the intan-
gible tax owed on same (the remaining ~55,000 of th~e total ~100,000 mortgage loan
being distributed on the basis o# ~15,000 for Parcels A and B and $25,000 for
