and also including all of the mortgagor's right, title and interest
in and to those certain righte granted and conferred by that agree-
ment dated June 8, I964, and recorded in O~ficial Recards Book 91,
at page 368 of the St. Lucie County, Florida, Public Records.

hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, and the rents, issues and
profits thereof, unto the mortgagree, in fee simple.
