released from this mortgage prior to the mortgage loan being fully paid and this
mortgago being eatiefied, - with the parties hereto exgressly stipulating that the
values attributed to these parcels are nat release prices, but merely an allocation
of the loan for purpoaes of recordation of thia mortg?age in the respective counties
where the psrcels are located and for ths payment of the intangible tax collected
by each county against the encumbered lands located in each a~ said counties.
This mortgage deed has been aimultaneously executed in four counter-
parts, each of which is identical in form to the others, for the purpose of enabling
the mortgagee to simultaneously record the mortgage deed in each o~ the four
oounties wherein the lands encumbered by this mortgage are located.
