a Crossclaim in the above styled action seeking damages and to
i.mpress an equitable lien upon the lands and corporate stock
hereinafter described, which said real property is located in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

~ 240 feet lying West of 200 foot right-of-way
~ of U. S. Hi.ghway No. 1. of the SW~ of the NS~
of Section 33, Township 34 South, Range 40
East; subject to easement to American Telephone
and Teleqraph Co. and/or Southern Bell Telephone ~
and Telegraph Co. for underground cable, etc, and
subject to right-of-way for canals; And t
That part of the North 10 acres of NW~ of SE'~ of
Section 33, Township 34 South, Range 40 East,
lying West of U. S. Highway No. 1
All outstanding corporate stock of the Crossdefendant,
Ridgecrest Mobile Homes Park, Inc.
for amounts found to be due as damages from the Crossdefendants,
including court costs and other relief.
