Premises aub~ect to no lien, charge or encumbrance except such
as are listed as exceptions to title in s title policy insuring
the lien of this 1Kortgage iesued by a title compar~y or companies
acceptable to t~e"Mortgagae; that it ~i~i oxn the Qisttele free
and clear of liens and claims; and thst this Mortgage 18 and
Mill remain a vslid and enforceable firat lien on the Mortgaged
Property sub~ect only to the e~cceptions referred to above. The
Mortgagor has full po~er and laxf'ul suthority to mortgage the
Mortgaged Property in the manner and form herein done or in-
