court applicable to the Mortgagor or to ihe Mortgaged Property

SEGTION 1.06. All right, title and intereat of the
Mortgagor in and to all e~ctensions, improvementa, betterments,
reneMals, substitutes snd replacements of, snd all ad~itions
and appurtennncee to, the Mortgagecl Property, hereafter ~equired
by, or released to, ~the Mortge~gor or conetructed, assembled or
placed by the Mortgagor on the Premises, and all conversions of
the security constituted thereby, immediately upon such acquiai-

i tion, relense, cofistraction, aseembling, placement or conversion,
