lerent nature, impo~ed upon or asseseed against it or the Mort-
gaged Property. or any part thereof or upon the revenues, rents,
issuea, income e?nd profits of the Mortgaged Pmperty or arising
in reapect of the occupancy, use or poeaeasion thereof. The
Mortge~gor ~ill, upoh the request of the Mortgagee, deliver tc the
Mortgsgee receipts evidencing the psyment of all such teuces, ds-
sessments, levies, fees, rents and other public chdrges imposed
upon or asseased against it or the Mortgaged Property or the
revenues, rents, issues; income or profita thereof.
The Mortgsgee msy, at ite option to be exercised
by thirty (30) a~re-+ ~rritten notice to the Mortgagor9 require
the deposit by the Mortgagor, at the time of each monthly
i pdyment of sn insta],ment of interest and principol under the
~ Note, of an additional amount sufficient to discharge the obliga-
tions under thie subparegraph (n) xhen they become due. The deter--
minstion of the amount so payable and of the fractional part there-
of to be deposited xith the Mortgagee, so thst the aggregate of the
monthly deposits ehall be sufficient for this purpose, shall be
made by the Mortgagee in its aole discretion. Such e~mounts ~
