Throughout the term of this Mortgage, the Mortgsgor xill deliver
to the Mortgagee such other informe~,tion xith reapect to the
Mortgagor as the Mortge~gee ma,y reaa~onably request from time to
time. A21 finsncisl etatements of the Mortge?gor shall be pre-
ps2~e~ in accordance ~ith generally accepted accounting prsctice,
shsll be delivered in duplicate, and, 8ha11 be accompanied by
the certificste of a principal financial or sccounting officer
of the Mortgagor, dated ~ithin five (5) aays of the delivery of
auch ststements to the Mortgagee, stating that he lrnoxs of no
