Property, whereof it ehall become poa~essed ae aPore$aid;
and likewiae, from time to time, at the e~cpense of the
Mortgaged Property, the Mortgagee may make all neceasary
or proper repaira, renewala ar~d replacementa and auch
ueeful alterationa, additiona, bettermenta and improve- .
• menta thereto and thereon a~ to it may seem advisable;
and in every such case the Mortgagee aha11 have the right
to manage a~nd operate the Mortigag~ld Property and to carry
on the bus~iness thereof and exerciae all rights and powera~
of the Mortgagor with reapect thereto either in the name -
of the Mortgagor or otherwiee as it ahall deem beat; and
the Mortgagee aha11 be.entitled to collect and receive all
earnings, revenues, rents, issues, profit~ and income of
the Mortgaged Property and every part thereof; all of
which ahall for all purposea conatitute property of the

~ Mortgagor; and after deducting the expenses of conducting

newale, replecemente, alterationa, additione, bettermente
and improvementa and amounts nece~eary to pay Por taxes,

eeeessments, in8urance and prior or other proper charges
upon the Mortgaged Property or any part thereof, as well
as ~ust end reaaonable compeneation for the services of
the Mortgagee and for all attorneys, couneel, agente,
clerk~, servent~ and other employees by it~properly en-
gaged and employed, the Mortgagee ehall apply the moneys
arising ae aforesaid, flret, to the payment of the princi-

pal of the Note and the interest thereon, w'r,en and as the
aame ehall become payable and second, to the payment of ~
any other eume required to be paid by the Mortgagor under
this Mortgage.
