suit or other legal proceeding by the I~ortgagee to obtain
~ud~yo~eat for the principal of, or interest on, the Aote and
other swns required to be pa~3.d by the I~ortgagor pursue~nt to a~y
provision of this l~ortgage, or of sr~y other nature in aid of
the enPorcement of the Note or of thia Mortgsge, the Mortgagor
will (a) waive the isauance and service of process ~ttd enter
its voluntsry~appearsnce in such action, suit or proceeding,
and (b) if required by the l+~rtgagee, consent to the appointment
of a receiver or reeeivera of the Premiaes and of sll the earn-
inga, revenuea, rents, isaues, p-rofits and iacome thereof. AYter
