SBCTION 3.01. In the eveat an`y oae or more of the
provisions contained in this 14~rtgage or in the ~bte she~ll
~ ~or a~y reason be held to be invalid, illegal or uneatorce-
able in s~y reapect, such invalidity, illegslity or unenforce-
ability ehall, at the option of the l~iortgsge~e, not affect
a~y other provision of this ~ortgage, but thia Mortgage
shall be construed aB if such invslid, illegsl or unenforce-
able provision h~ad never been contsined herein or therein.
SECTIOA 3.02. All notices hereunder st~ll be in
~Mriting and shsll be deemed to have been euPticiently given or
served for sll purposes ~rhen presented perso~sl]y or sent by
regiatered.mail to a~y party hereto at its address above stated
(in the case of the M~ortgagee, attention Real Estate and
i ~ortgege Loan Department) or at such other address of which
