SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF RSSTRICTIONS
KNOW ALL I~:N BY TAffiS PR&SENTS, that I, OI~IVINA
TSERRIEN LACAAi~TCS, surviving spouae and unr~narried widow
of Henry LaChance, the owner and holder of those certain
restrictions contained in that certain Special Warranty
Deed dated November 19, 1948, recorded in Deed Book 145,
at page 549, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
between 8enry LaChance and Olivina Therrien LaChance, his
wife, and HSNRY LaCAANC$, JR., requiring under certain cir-
cumstances the payment of the swa of Twenty-five 8undred
Dollars ($2,500.00), and other restrictions and reaervations
as set forth in said Special Warranty Deed, upon the property
situate in said County and State described as follows, to wit:
From the NE corner of the NW~ of Section 3, Town-
ship 36 South, Range 40 East, run West along the
North line of said S.ecti.on 3, a distance of 33
feet to the West right of way lzne of U. S. 8igh-
way No. 1; thence run South along the West right
of way line a distance of 151.22 feet to point of
beginninq; thence run West parallel with the North .
line of said Section 3, a distance of 125 feet;
thence run South parallel with the West right of
way line of said U. S. Hiqhway No. 1 a distance of
100 feet; thence run $ast parallel with the North
line of Section 3 a distance of 125 feet to the
West right of way line of said U. S. Highway No. l;
thence run Northerly along the West right of way -
line of U. S. Highway No. 1 a distance of 100 feet
to the point of beqinninq, containing 0.287 acres,
more or less, and all being located in Lot 5 of
the Wrhite City Subdivision as surveyed by Franklin ~
j Sheen in April, 1907. ~

j hereby acknowledqes full payment of said sum and hereby re-
~ leases the restriction and reservation set forth in Paraqraph :
~ 3 of said Special Warranty Deed and hereby directs the Clerk `
of said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
