from all claims and liens of aad under that certain Mortgage dated the 16th day
of September, 196G, executed by GBNHRAL DBVBLOPi~NT CORPORATION, as Mortgagor, to
Tl~ FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF M7AMI, as Hortgagee, recorded in the office of the
Circuit Court Clerk in and for said County on the 19th day of September, 1960, in
BOOK 168, Page 181, covering the above described and other land.

PROVIDBD, HOWSVER, that this Partial Release shall not in any wise affect, impair,
or diminish the validity, priority, or standing of said mortgage, or the claims
and liens thereunder, as to the rem~tinder of the property described in said
mortgage hereinabove mentioned, regardless of who may awn same, or any part thereof;
and the said mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as to the remainder of
the premises conveyed in said mortgage and not herein specifically released.
