HomeMy WebLinkAbout1859 . i ~ , ~ 1 ~'2512 R$S~.UTIO~N N0. 68-133~ WHgR$AS, tne St.-Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commiasion after holdinq a public hearinq on October 23, 1968, of which due notice was published at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hear- ing, has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County that the followinq amendments to the Comprehensive Zoning Resolution for St. Lucie County be adopted; and WH$R$AS, said Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on said recommendation on November 26, 1968 after first publishing a notice of said hearing in The News Tribune, published in Fort Pierce, Florida, on the Sth day of November, 1968, said date being at least fifteen (15) days~ prior to the date of said 'hearing. NOW~ T~RSFOR$, B$ IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com~nis- sioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 26th day of November, 1968, that the Comprehensive Zoning Resolution for St. Lucie ' County be and the same is hereby amended as follows: ~ ~'1. Amend SECTI0~1 2- DBFINITIONS by deleting therefrom ~ '~ome Occupation`. ~ 2. Amend SECTION 7- SUPP'L$MENTARY DISTRICT RBGtA,ATIQNS BY ADDING Paragraph 17 to read as follows: "17. Home Occupation. ~ An occupation conducted in a dwelling unit, pro- vidinq that: a. No person other than men~bers of the family residing on the premises shall be engaged in such oc- cupation; b. The use of the dwellinq unit for the home occupation shall be clearly incidental and aubordinate to its uae for residential purpoaes by its occupant8, and not more than~259G of the floor area in excese of the minimum floor area required in that zaning diatrict shall be ueed in the canduct of the home occupation; c. There ohall be no chang• in the outside ap- pearance of the building or premisea, or other visible 1~1E~~
