and other valuable considerations in hand paid by each of the
Parties to the other. receipt v~heriof is hereby acknowledged, and
also in consideration of the mutual covenants, rights and obli-
gations herein, have contracted and agreed as follows:
1. The First Party does hereby sell to the Second Parties
and the Second Parties do hereby purchase fraa the First Party the.

East line of South 13th Street, 52 feet, thence run East
