times hereafter, for all purposes connected with the use and enjoyment of the
land of the Grantees and those likely situated for whatever purpose the land from
time to time lawfully may be used and enjoyed, to pass and repass along the
northerly 25 feet and the southerly 25 feet of the land more particularly described
as follows:
Begirming at a point 40 feet south and 184 feet
west of the northeast corner of the East z of
the NE! of the SW4 of the SE~ of Section 9,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, in the City
of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, the
same being ~.point on the south right-of-way line -
of Delaware Avenue, 180 feet west of the center-
line of South 13th Street as now laid out and oon-
structed; run South 87 deg. -54 min. -34 sec. East,
along the south right-of-way line of Delaware
Avenue, ?7. 32 feet to a point; thence South 2 deg.
41 min. -26 sec. West, along a line midway between
two existing business buildings, 145.0 feet to an
iron pipe; thence North 87 deg. -50 min. -34 sec.
West, 68. 20 feet to a railroad spike on the west
line of the East 180 feet of the aforesaid East Z
of the NE4 of the SW4 of the SE,~-, of Section 9,
. thence North 0 deg. -49 min. -14 sec. West,
along the west line of aforesaid East 180 feet,
145 feet to the Point of Beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the easement or right of way hereby granted
unto Grantees, their heirs and assigns and those likely situated as described above,
and their heirs and assigns, as appurtenant to the land of the Grantees and those
~ likely situated and every part of it. _
It is understood that the easement is given upon the express understand-
ing and condition that it may be used by Grantors, their heirs, executors, ad-
ministrators and assigns in conjunction with the use of Grantees, their heirs and
assigns and others likely situated and their heirs and assigns.
It is further understood that Grantors, their heirs, assigns and tenants
in no way will be bound to improve, maintain or construct a roadway or to keep
it in repair; nor do Grantors, their heirs and assigns assume any liability or
responsibility to Grantees, their heirs and assigns, others likely situated, their
heirs and assigns or any person using the land by invitation, eupressed or im-
plied, or by reason of any business conducted with Grautees, their heirs and
assigns, or otherwise.
