GRANT OF EASEMENT
~ STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE ~ ~
THIS Il~TDENTURE made and entered into on this~.~'.,'~~ day of December,
1968, by and between Wayne D. Rhinesmith and Helga H. Rhinesmith, his wife,
of the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, Grantors; and Vernon C.
Rhinesmith and Marian K. Rhinesmith of the County of St. Lucie and State of
Florida, Grantees;
WHEREAS, the Grantors are seized in fee sunple and in possession of
lands lying in Section 9, Township 35 South, Aange 40 East, ar_~i that particular
portion of it described below, aad
WHEREAS, Grantees are seized in fee sunple of a parcel of land con-
tiguous to the land of Grautors, and
WHEI;EAS, Grantees have heretofore conveyed to Grantors their one-
half undivided interests in the portion of land more particularly described below, and
WHEREAS, Grantors have agreed in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars and other good and valuable consideration to grant to Grantees and all other

persons clauning by, through or under Grantors, or either of them, their pre-

~ decessors in title, or their heirs, assigas or legal representatives by virtue of

any deeds of conveyances describing land located in Section 9, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, an easement or right of way over the land described below, for the
purposes and in the manner expressed below;
NOW, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH:
That, in pursuance of this agreement and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowl-
edged, Grantors grant unto Grantees, their heirs and assigns, and to all other likely
situated as above described, and their heirs and assigns;
Full and free right and liberty for them and their tenants, servants,
- visitors and licensees, in common with all~persona having the like right, at all
