It is understood that the easeinent is given upon the express underetanding
and condition that it may be used by Grantors, their heirs, execu~ors, administratore
and assigns in conjunction with the use of Grantees, their heirs and assigns and
other~ likely situated and their heirs and assigas.
It ia further understood that Grantors, their heirs, assigns and tenants
in no way will be bound to improve, maintain or construct a roadway or to keep ,
it in repair; nor do Grantors, their heirs and assigns assume sy~ liability or
responsibility to Grantees, their heirs and assigns, others likely situated, their
heirs and assigns or any person using the land by invitation, expressed or iun-
plied, or by reason of any business conducted with Grantees, their heirs and
assigns, or otherwise.
