RIDBR
9. To further secure unto the s~ortgagee the
pay~aent of the aforesaid note and the perforaance by '
the mortgagor of all of his pro~ises and covenants
herein nade~ the ~ortgagor has and does hereby transfer~
assign and set over unto the mortgagee all of the rents~
inco~ae and profits now or hereafter pertaining or
arising fro0 said property with full poxer and right
unto the mortgagee to rece~ve and collect the same;
provided~ however~ that so long as the .ortgagor shall .
faithfully keep and perfor~ sach end every of his
prosises and covenants set forth in said notd and set
forth in all other portions of this mortgage and suffer
no default in connection therewith, the ~ortgagee shall
allo~ the ~ortgagor to collect and receive the same.
