TBIS AGRSBMSi~, Made this 29th day of Noveit~ber, 1968, by and
between ANN J. STURTBVANT, hereinafter called Party of the First
Part, and JOffid FL$ST~OOD and ELIZABBTH FL$STW~OOD, husband and wife,
hereinafter called Parties of the Second Part,
WITNSSSETH: That if the Parties of the Second Part shall
first make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter
mentioned on their part to be made and performed, the said Party
of the First Part hereby covenants and agrees to convey and assure
to the Parties of the Second Part, their heirs, executors, adminis-
trators or assigns, in fee simple, clear of any and all encumbrances ~
whatever, by a good and sufficient deed, the lot, piece or parcel
of land, situate in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, known
and described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 22, RIV$R GATE ESTATSS, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, at page
66 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, _
and the said Parties of the Second Part hereby covenant and agree to
pay to the Party of the First Part the sum of Si.x Thousand Five
