If~default is made in the payment of any installment when due, then at the option of the Party of the First Part, and without any other notice, all the remaining installments shall be due and payable at once. Privilege is given to pay two or more installments at any installment date but this shall not extend the time of maturity of any sub- sequent installment. Neither forbearance nor acceptance by the Party of the First Part hereof, after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension. Parties of the Second Part are given the right and privilege of paying all of the balance due under ; this Agreement at any ~ime without penalty. ` AND the Parties of the Second Part, for themselves and their heiss, legal representatives and assigns, hereby covenant and agree with the Party of the First Part: ; l.
