BEFORE ME the undersigned authority personally appeared ~
JAMES EDWARD CLARK, who after being by me first duly sworn, de-
poses and says: ~

That he is a resident of Dade County, Florida, and that ~

he is licensed and registered within the State of Florida as a f
surveyor under Registration No. 1553, and as a reqistered en-
qineer under Registration No. 6085; and
That he did heretofore cause to be prepared under his
supervision and direction a certain subdivision plat entitled
"PORT ST. LUCIS, SECTION TWSNTY SEVEN", said subdivision plat -
having heretofore been filed of record in Plat Book 14 at Pages
5, and 5A thru 5I, inclusive, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and

That a certain scrivener's error which occurred in the pre- ~
paration of said subdivision plat has recently come to his at-
tention, to-wit: "
Tracts "F" and "G" delineated and depicted on
.Pages 5H and SI of said subdivision plat are
indicated as having a dimension of 779.17 feet
along their respective boundary lines bordering
a drainage right-of-way separating said tracts
"F" and "G". The dimension of 779.17 feet is
in error and should, in fact, have been stated
to be 829.17 feet. ~
The affiant herein deems it to be in the best interest of
the public to have the aforesaid scrivene='s error corrected of
'i record and it is for such purpose that this Affidavit is executed. ;
Further affiant saith not.
