THIS WARRANTY DEED, made this 18tb day of October,.

INC., a Florida corporation, Grantor, of the County of St.
Lucie and State of Florida, party of the First Part, and Earl
T. Bowes and Ruth M. Bowes, his wife,-Grantees,-whose Post
Office Address is P. O. Box 823, Jensen Beach, Florida, parties
of the Second Part:
WITN~SSETH:
That the party of the First Part, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable
considerations, to it in hand paid by the parties of the Second
Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold to the said Parties of the Second Part,
their heirs and assigns forever, the following described real
property, and rights and interests as set forth below and in .

Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in

lic fecords of St. Lucie County, Florida. As pro-
