~ oa Second Part, WITNESSETH:
T'hat for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00)
and other valuable considerations paid by the Party of the Second Part
to the Parties of the First Part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, said Parties of the First Part do hereby grant to the said Party
of the Second Part, his heirs and assigns, a permanent easement of
right-of-way for general road purposes over and upon the following de-
scribed property, to-wit:

The East 40 feet of the West 1/4 of Section 8 lying North , ~
of State Road 68 (Orange Avenue Extension); and the East , S~
40 feet of the West 1/4 (less the North 1,616 feet thereof)
of Section 5, all lying in Towaship 35 South, Range 38 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida.

T'his easement is in accordance with those certain easements re- '
corded in Deed Book 255, page 658 and in Official Record Book 39, page
~ 333, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the Grantors
do hereby reserve the right at any time and at all times to have free
and uninterrupted use of said road for all general purposes connected
with the use of the Grantors' adjoining lands for themselves, their
heirs and assigns. Grantors further reserve the right to grant similar
easements to other parties over the same property and this is an ease-
ment in comoaon with other owners of property in the same area.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Parties of the First Part have hereunto
set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
