Coimnence at the NW corner of Section 5, Township 35 South, Range
38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, and run South along the West
line of Section 5, a distance of 1,689 feet to the Point-of-Beginning
thence continue South along said Section line a distance of 993 feet;
thence run East along the center line of a drainage ditch, a distance
of 1,322 feet to the center line of an 80-foot road easement (said
point also lying i,610 feet South of the North line of said Section
5); thence run North along the center line of said 80-foot road
easement and parallel to the West line of Section 5, a distance of
994 feet; thence run West along the center of an existing dike, a
distance of 1,322 feet to the point of beginning; said property con-
sisting of 30.11 acres and lying and being in Section 5, Township
35 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
Sub3ect to an easement over the East 40 feet of the above described
property for road and canal rights-of-way. The Grantors reserve
unto themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns,
an easement over and across the East 40 feet of the above described
