Together with a 1/3rd interest in the puanping station lying within the West 30 feet of the South 1,000 fe~t of the approximate North 3,600 feet of the West 1/4 of said Section 5~, and a 3/20ths interest in the pwnping station lying at the intersection of an 80-foot road easement and Orange Avenue, being in the 30-foot easement North of Orange Avenue, for the purpose of irrigation, drainage and water con- servation. . Together with the right to the ~oint and commnon use of drainage and irrigation ditch located on the South bovndary line of the property which is the sub3ect of this mortgage, and sub3ect to the rights of the ad3oining property owner to likewise use said ditch; together with all of the overhead irrigation equipment located on the above described property, together with the right of access, ingress and egress to all pumping stations described herein.
