Camaonence at the NW corner of Section 5, Township 35 South, Range 38
iEast, St. Lucie County, Florida, and run South along the West line
of Section 5, a distance of 2,682 feet to the Point-of-Beginning;
thence continue South along the West line of said Section 5, a
distance of 1,000 feet; thence run East along the center line of an
existing drainage ditch, a diatance of 1,322 feet to the existing cen er
line of an 80-foot road easement (said point also lying 3,609.50
feet South of the North line of Section 5); thence run North along
the center line of said 80-foot easement and parallel to the West
line of Section 5, a distance of 999.50 feet; thence run West along
the center of an existing drainage canal a distance of 1,322 feet
to the point of beginning; said property containing 30.30 acres

property for road and canal rights-of-way. The Grantors reserve

30 feet of that part of the West 1/4 of Section 8 lying North of
State Road No. 68 (Orange Avenue Extension), and over that prop-
erty which is described as the South 30 feet of the West 1/4 of
Section 8 lying North of State Road No. 68 (Orange Avenue Extension).
