Together with an easement over the drainage ditches and dikea for
irrigation, drainage and water conservation purposea, lying within
the South 30 feet of the West 1/4 of Section 8 lying North of Orange
Avenue Extenaioa, and over the West 30 feet of the West 1/4 of said
Section 8 lying North of Orange Avenue Extension, and over the West
30 feet of said Section 5(excepting the North 1,689 feet thereof).
Together with a 1/3rd interest in the pumping station lying within
the West 30 feet of the South 1,000 feet of the approximate North
3,600 feet of the Weat 1/4 of said Section 5, and this Mortgage is
sub3ect to a reservation of a 2/3rds interest in said pianping sta-
tion even though the same is a part of the property being mortgaged;
together with a 3/20ths intereat in the pumping station lqing at the
intersection of an 80-foot road easement and Orange Avenue, being
in the 30-foot eaazment North of Orange Avenue, for the purpose of
irrigation, drainage and water conservation.
Together with the right to the 3oint and common use of drainage and
irrigation ditch located on the North and South boundary lines of
the property which is the sub3 ect of this mortgage, and subject to
the rights ef the a33oining property owners to likewise use said
ditch; together with all of the overhead irrigation equipment located
on the above described property, together with the right of access, in-
gress and egress to all pwnping stations described herein.
T'he Mortgagors agree to keep the citrus grove located on the sub-
3ect property in a proper state of care and maintenance in accordance
with the accepted practices of good husbandry of citrus grovea in St.
Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to all easements, restrictions and reservations of record.
