THIS AaREF~IENT, made and entered into this 25th day of November, 1968
by and between EARL`'V. EBNER and CLAUDIA H. EBNF~t, his wife, herein-
ai'ter celled the parties of the first pert, end CHl1RLES H. HEDGE end
LA RUE HF,DGE, his wif'e, herefnafter called the parties of ~he second
part, of 4210 (i~rrison Lane, Fort Pierce, Florida.
WITNESSETH, that is the ssid partiea oP the second part shall first
make the psymenta snd psrfo~n the coveneots hereinafter mentioned,
on their pert to be made and performed, the said perties of the
first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and essure to
the said parties of the second part, their heirs, executors, administrators
or assigns, in fee s~le, by e good and sufficient Deed, the following
descri~ed property, together with all improvements thereon, lying,
being end situated in St. Lucie ~ounty, Florida, to-wit:

stallments of $7K.00 each, beginning December 2~t~ld, 1968 and in like
amounts on the 2~th day of each month thereafter until the whole sum
is paid. Each monthly payment shall be applied as f~lloWS, First to
the payment of interest and then to the peyment of the unpaid principal
balance. Two or more payments mey be made at any time by the parties
of the sec~nd psrt of any installment due date.Such payments to be made
at the residence of the first parties at 3221 S. Dixie Hwyl Ft.Pierce,
Flarida or such other place that they may ~esignste in writing.
And the parties of the second p~rt further covenent end agree as

a standard los~ payable clause, payable to the parties
of the first part, or such parties as they designete,
in the amount equel to the fact ~mount of this agreement
and the parties of the first part Will be entitled to
hold the original of such policy~
