An undivided three-quarters interest to Norbert A. Graf and an undivided
one-quarter interest to Patricia Marie Graf in and to the following:
Begin at a point 381. 25 feet south of the northwest corner of the northeast
quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 26, Township 35 South, Range
x 40 East; thence South 101. 26 feet; thence East parallel with the quarter

o~ direction along said river shore approximately 110 feet to a point; thence
West parallel with the quarter section line to the point of beginning; including
