This deed is executed subject to restrictions and easements of re-
cord and taxe~ for the year 1960 and subsequent years.
The grantor herein is the successor in interest to ST. LUCIE RIVER LAND
COMPANY. a Florida corporation, and executes and delivers this Correc-
tive Warranty Deed for the sole and express purpose of amending the legal.
deecription to reflect that the property conveyed is in River Park Sub-
division Unit 2 rather than River Park Subdivision Section 2; the latter
reference~ing an inadvertent scrivener's error in that certain Warranty
Deed dated March 22, 1960, recorded in O.R. Book 256 at Page 527, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. •
The warranties referred to herein do not extend beyond the date of March
22, 1960.
