its canponent agency, the State Road Department of Florida, to locate, coa-
struct, maintain, and~or improve a portion of State Road 35 Section
9~5~-~~~ ~ie County, Florida, in accordance with sur-
vey and plans on file in the office of the Stste Road Department of Florida;
snd, Whereas, a portiou of the land involved and necessary to said pro3ect
is owned by the said first party; and, Whereas, on behalf of the State of
Florida a request has been made for a comreyance of the portion of the
lands of the first party required-for said road, ar~d hereinafter described, +
