THIS INDENTURE, made the J~ day of _ , 1968,
between JOHN P. KRAML and ANNE W. KRAML, his wife, of 416 Madison
Avenue, Boruugh of Dunellen, County of Middlesex and State of New Jersey,
party of the first part, and MARY K. ZIMMERMANN, a married woman, of
9 Greenbrook Road, Township of Berkeley Heights, County of Union and State
of New Jersey, party of the second part, whose post office address is 9
Greenbrook Road, Berkeley Heights, N. J. 07922,
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10. 00) and other valuable considera- ~

whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the said

Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-

To have and to hold, the same in fee simple forever, subject, $
however, to restrictions and easements of record, including that certain oil,
gas and mineral lease dated August 26, 1953 and recorded in Deed Book 186, ~
at page 49, and the restrictions contained in the deed of Lake Indrio Corpora- ;

. tian to John P. Kraml, dated October 19, 1959 and recorded in Deed Book
252, at page 323. ~
And the said party of the first part does hereby fnlly warrant the ~
