declare all t6e "remainder of the said debt due and oollectible and any failure to exercise said
~ option shall not oonstitute a waiver of the right to exerciae the same at any other time. In the
event of default in payment of this note and if the aame is placed in the hands of an attorney for
collection, I, we, or eit6er of us agree W pay all costs of rnllection, including a reasonable attorne~'a
fee. In case payment shall not be made at maturity, the makers, sureties and endorsers jointly and '
severally agree w any extensions or renewala without further notice, binding ourselves for payment ~

foreclose, and such payments, with intereat thtreon from the date of payment at the same rate as
specified in that note, ahall alao be aecured by thia mortgage.
3. To comrait, permit, or suffer no waste, impairment or deterioration of the mortgaged J

4. To pay all expenses reasonably incurred by the Mortgagee bec:ause of failure of the ~~b ~
