4. Toper~?~t, commit, or suffer no waste, impairment or deterioration of said pmperty, or any part thereof, and upon
the failura of the mortgagors to keep ihe buildings on said property in good condition of repair, the Assaciation may demand the '
immediate repair of said buildings or the immediate repaymeat of the debt hereby secured, and the failure of the mortgagors i
to comply with said demand of the As.9ociation for a period of Thirty (30) duys, shall constitute a breach of this mortgage, i
and, at thc option of ihe Association, immediately mature the entire amoant of principal and interest hereby secured, and the ;

5. This mortgage oontract provides for additional advances which may be made at the optiofi of the association and
