THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the ~ day of July, A.
D. 1968, by BRUCE MEYSR and DOLORES MEYER, his wife;
JACQUSLINE STETSON and FRANK STBTSON, her husbandj BLAIR
INGRAHAM and VIVAL INGRAHAM, her husbandj and ALTHEPi
KRAMER and g,py~IN KRAMSR, her husband, hereinafter
called the Grantor, to GENE AAYffi and BESSIE HAYffi, his
wife, whose post office address is 3313 Nort~ Indi~n River
Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinaEter catlled the Grantee:

tion of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledqed, hereby grants, bar-
gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and con-
firms unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
