That JOHN DILL and HELEN DILL, his wife, parties of the
first part, in consideration of the svm of Ten Dollars and ofiher
valuable eonsideration to them in hand paid by Shelia A. Pike
, of the County of St.
Luei~ , State of _ Florida , parties
of the seeond part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents, the rece3pt whereof is hereby aeknavledged, have granted,
bargained, sold, ass3,gned, transferred and set over, and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over
unto the said parties of the secor~i part, their heirs and assigns, _ .

forever, those ARTICLES OF AGREEMEATP bearing date the l6th day of
September, 1966, made by C. J. CRIST and IRENE CRIST, his wife, to
JOHN DILL and HELEN DILL, his wife, upon the following described
piece or parcel of land, situate and being in St. Lueie Caunty,
State of Florida, to wit:
Lot 6, Bloek 2, of LILEM SUBDIVISION, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, at page
73, public records of St. Lueie County, Florida.
A portion of the eonsideration of this assignment being that
the parties of t~ second part herein assume all the obligations
and agree to pay all the payments described in said eontract now due
or to become due, together with all interest specified in said eontraet.
And upon the performance of all the terrr~s and eonditions and the
eompletion of all pay~rents as set forth in said contract, by the said
parties of the second part, their heirs or assigns, the parties of the
first part do hereby authorize the said C. J. CRIST and IRENE CRIST,
