kind and nature whatsoever forming part of said strnctures or bnild-
ings or of any strnctnres or buildings hereafter standing on the
Premises or on any part thereof.
"Premises" means the premises described in Schednle A hereto
inclnding all of the easements, rights, privileges and appnrtenances ~
therennto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all of the eatate,
right, title, interest, claim or demand whatscever of the Mortgagor
therein and in the streets and ways adjacent thereto, either in law or
in eqnity, in possession or ezpectancy, now or hereafter acqnired.

~ Now, Ta$a~i?oa$, the Mortgagor, in conaideration of the premisea
and in order to secnre the payment of both the principal of, and the
intereat and any other sums payable on, the Note or thia Mortgage and
the performance and observance of all the provisiona hereof and of
the Note and of the Bnildi.ng Loan Agreement, inelnding the payment
of any sums advanced by the Mortgagee to complete the Improvementa
contemplated by the Bnildi.ng Loan Agreement to tLe eatent the aggr~-
gate of snch sums and any other snms eapended pnrsnant hereto
eaceed the sum of the Mortgage Amonnt, hereby gives, grants, bargains,
sells, warrants, aliens, remises, releases, conveys, assigns, transfers,
mortgages, hypothecates, deposits, pledges, sets over and confirma nnto
the Mortgagee, all its estate, right, title and interest in, to and~ nnder
any and all of the following described property (the Mortgaged Pmp-
~ erty) whether now owned or held or hereafter acqnired: '
~ (i) the Premises;
~ (ii) the Improvements; .

(iv) all proceeda of the converaion, volnntary or involnntary,
