the property and rights hereby conveyed or assigned or intended now
or hereafter so to be, or which the Mortgagor may be or may hereafter
become bonnd to convey or assign to the Mortgagee, or for carrying ~
ont tLe intention or facilitating the performance of the terms of this
Mort~age, or for filing, registering or recording this Mortgage and, -
on demand, will egecnte and deliver, and hereby anthorizes the Mort-
gagee to esecnte in the name of the Mortgagor to the egtent it may
lawfnlly do so, one or more finaneing statementa, chattel mortgagea
or comparable secnrity instrnments, to evidence more effectively the
lien hereof npon the Chattels.
S~cx~ox 1.03. (a) The Mortgagor forthwith npon the eaecntion
and delivery of this Mortgage, and tLereafter from time to time, will
canse this Mortgage, the Bnilding Loan Agreement and any secnrity
instrnment creating a lien or evidencing the lien hereof npon the
Cbattels and each instrnment of fnrther assnrance to be filed, regis-
tered or recorded in such manner and in snch places as may be reqnired
by any present or fntnre law in order to pnblish notice of and fnlly
to protect the lien hereof npon, and the interest of the Mortgagee in,
~ the Mortgaged Property.
~ (b) The Mortgagor will pay all filing, reg~istration or recording
fees, and all espenses incident to the egecntion and acknowledgment
of thia Mortgage, any mortgage snpplemental hereto, any secnrity
instrnment with respect to the Chattels, and any inatrnment of fnrther
assurance, and all federal, state, conn~y and mnnicipal stamp tazea
and other taaes, duties, imposts, assessments and charges arising ont
of or i.n connection with the ezecntion and delivery of the Note, thie
Mortgage, any mortgage snpplemental hereto, any secnrity inatrn-
ment with respect to the Chatteia or any instrnment of inrther assnr.

$acriox ~.04. The Mortgagor will pnnetaally pay the principal
and interest and all other snms to become dne in respect of the Note
at tLe time and place and in the manner specified in the Note, aocording •
to the trne intent and meaning thereof, all in any coin or cnrrency of
- the IInited Statea of Annerica which at the time of sncL payment aball
_ be legal tender for the payment of pnblic and private debts.
