HomeMy WebLinkAbout2584 r t ~ ~ i 1 ~1 f ~ (b) The Mortgagor will not ezeente any lease of all or a sub- ~ stantial portion of the Premises eacept for actnal ocenpancy by the ~ lessee therennder, and will at all times promptly and faithfnlly per- form, or canse to be performed, all of the covenants, conditions and agreements contained in all leases of the Premises now or hereafter eaisting, on the part of the lessor therennder to be kept and performed. If any of sneh leases provide for the giving bp the leasee of certificatea with respect to the atatns of snch leasea, the Mortgagor shall ezercise its right to request snch certificates within five (5) daya of any demand therefor by the Mortgagee. (c) The Mortgagor shall fnrnish to the Mortgagee, within thirty (30) days after a reqnest by the Mortgagee to do so, a written state- ment containing the names of all lessees of the Premises, the terma of their respective leases, the space occnpied and the rentals payable therennder. i s Sscriox 1.15.
