(a) The Mortgagee may adjonrn from time to time any sale by it to be made nnder or by virtne of tlus Mortgage by announcement at the time and place appointed for snch sale or for i snch adjonrned sale or salea; and, eacept aa otherwise provided by any f applicable provision of law, the~ Mortgagee, withont fnrther notice or ~ pnblication, may make such sale at the time and place to which the ° same ahall be so adjonrned.
