of the Premises oit any portion thereof which are in its possession for

S$criox 3.01. In the event any one or more of the provisiona
contained in this ~iortgage or in the Note or in tLe Bnilding Loan
Agreement shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or nn-
enforceable in any respect, anch invalidity, illegality or nnenforee-
' ability shall, -at the option of the Mortgagee, not affect any other
' provision of this biortgage, bnt this Mortgage shall be constraed as
~ if snch invalid, illegal or nnenforceable provision had never been
~ contained herein or therein.
~ Sscriox 3.02. All notices hereunder shall be in writing and shall
be deemed to have been sn~ciently given or aerved for all pnrposes
when presented personally or sent by registered mail to any party
hereto at its addreas above stated (in the case of the ~ortgagee,
attention Beal Eatate an~ ~iortgage Loan Department) or at sneL
other addresa of wluch it shall have notified the party giving snch
notice in writing.
Ss,criox 3.03. Whenever in this Mortgage tLe giving of notice by .
mail or otherwise is reqnired, the g?iving of anch notice may be waived
~ in writing by the person or persona entitled to receive snch notice. •

conditions herein sball ran with the land and shall apply to, bind and
innre to the beneflt of, the snccessora and asaigns of tLe Mortgagor and
the aneceasors and aesigne of the Mortgagee.
